Questions
Before You Ask
Straight answers. No runaround.
What counts as an "event"?
Anything with a date, time, and location that people attend. Open houses, live music, church service, pop-up shop, casino night, birthday party, fundraiser, grand opening — if you want people there, it qualifies.
Can I submit multiple events on the free tier?
Yes, but each one requires separate approval and there's no guaranteed timeline. Community events typically go live within 48 hours. If you're running events regularly, the Spotlight monthly plan ($129/mo) removes the per-event cost and gets you 24-hour approval.
What does "featured placement" actually mean?
Your event card gets a gold "Featured" badge and moves to the top of its category in the Events tab. On a normal scroll, your event is the first thing users see in that category — before all Community-tier listings.
How does the ride integration help me?
Every event listing has a "Book a Ride" button that auto-fills your event address as the destination. The customer doesn't type anything — one tap and they're booking a ride straight to you. For bar and nightlife events, this is huge — nobody has to worry about driving home.
I'm a realtor — why would I use this instead of Zillow?
Zillow shows listings. We bring people to your open house. List your showing as an event, buyers see it in the app, tap "Book a Ride," and we drop them at your property. You get foot traffic from people who don't have to figure out parking or directions. It's a showing tool, not a listing tool.
What's in the monthly analytics report (Partner tier)?
Total event card views, number of "Book a Ride" taps from your events, ride completions (how many people actually rode to your event), and category comparisons showing how your events perform against similar ones on the platform.
Can I cancel the Partner plan anytime?
Yes. No contract, no cancellation fee. Your existing events stay listed through the end of the billing period but downgrade to Community tier after that.
